Repair tune light

 

Repairing a tubelight is very simple . if a tube light

 is not

 working the problem might be due to 

tubelight problem ,starter problem or choke problem

You can easily identify if the problem is with the tubelight by simply checking the two coils by continuity checker on a multimeter .

If you don't have a Multimeter don't worry you can 

also the check the continuity by a tester , connect the tester to a plug (phase)hold the tube by placing a 

finger on one of the end of one of the two coils place 

the other end of the coil on the tester metal if it glows brightly then that coil is fine check the other coil too

Then the problem can be of the starter, replace the starter

At last the problem might be of choke replace the

 same

  LED Tube lights  are costly lights but susceptible to instant damage. Since it uses an  LED Driver  and very sensitive  LED Chips , voltage fluctuations, voltage surge, over heating etc can destroy it easily. But all the parts of the  LED Tube light  will not fail, so that we can easily repair it. The major problem may be the failure of one or more  LED chips  or the  driver . By doing some repair works, we can use the LED Tube light again. I found one of my  12 Watts LED Tube light  is not glowing and decided to repair it. Now it is working well.
